About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and business-oriented Solution Architect with less than 10 years of experience who can bridge the gap between technology, delivery, and stakeholder expectations. This role requires broad knowledge of enterprise technologies and the ability to understand business requirements, identify challenges, design solution approaches, and drive successful execution.

The ideal candidate should possess strong stakeholder management skills, a solutioning mindset, and the ability to translate complex requirements into structured delivery plans. This role is best suited for professionals who began their careers in software development and evolved into architecture, consulting, solutioning, or delivery-focused leadership roles.

Key Responsibilities

- Understand business and technology requirements across domains such as Java Full Stack, SAP, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, and related technologies.
- Assess project requirements and identify scope, dependencies, risks, gaps, and implementation challenges.
- Work closely with stakeholders, delivery teams, technical project managers, trainers, and business leaders to define strategic solution approaches.
- Create structured execution plans, delivery roadmaps, resource allocation strategies,



milestones, and governance mechanisms.
- Drive stakeholder discussions and ensure alignment across business, delivery, and technology teams.
- Visualize and manage the complete end-to-end delivery lifecycle from requirement analysis through execution.
- Recommend practical and scalable solutions aligned with business goals and delivery constraints.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation plans.

Required Skills & Experience

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 6 to 10 years of overall experience, with a career progression from software development into solutioning, architecture, consulting, or delivery management.
- Broad understanding of enterprise technology landscapes and digital transformation initiatives.
- Exposure to technologies such as Java Full Stack, SAP, Enterprise Applications, Cloud Platforms, or similar ecosystems.
- Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to influence and engage stakeholders across various levels of an organization.




- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities.
- Experience translating business requirements into actionable delivery plans and execution strategies.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with project managers, trainers, architects, and delivery teams.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience working within IT Services, Consulting, Enterprise Solutions, or Digital Transformation environments.
- Exposure to AI-powered platforms and modern solutioning tools.
- Experience managing multiple workstreams and cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with workforce transformation, capability building, and technology delivery programs.
