About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to lead the technical architecture and design of a scalable web application platform. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Java-based backend systems, modern frontend technologies, cloud-native infrastructure, and modular architecture.

Key Responsibilities

- Define and lead the overall technical architecture of the application and its supporting systems.
- Design scalable, secure, maintainable, and high-performance solutions.
- Establish architectural standards, design patterns, coding practices, and technical guidelines.
- Design solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React/Next.js, MySQL, Redis, and ActiveMQ.
- Guide the development team in implementing Modular Monolith Architecture.
- Define API architecture, system integrations, data flows, and communication patterns.
- Work closely with Tech Leads, Full-Stack Developers, QA Engineers, and UI/UX Designers.
- Review technical designs and critical implementation decisions.
- Identify technical risks, performance bottlenecks, and scalability challenges.
- Guide the team on Kubernetes, containerization, deployment, and production architecture.
- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure adherence to defined standards.
- Support technical planning, estimation,



and roadmap decisions.
- Ensure the solution follows best practices for security, reliability, scalability, and maintainability.

Required Technical Skills
- Strong experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Robust understanding of React.js / Next.js architecture.
- Hands-on knowledge of MySQL, Redis, and ActiveMQ.
- Strong understanding of Modular Monolith Architecture.
- Experience designing REST APIs and distributed system integrations.
- Good knowledge of Kubernetes and containerized environments.
- Strong understanding of database architecture, caching, messaging, and system integration.
- Experience with application security, scalability, performance optimization, and high availability.
- Strong knowledge of software architecture and design patterns.
- Experience leading and mentoring technical development teams.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working on large-scale enterprise or product-based applications.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Experience with CI/CD and DevOps practices.
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to translate business requirements into practical technical solutions.
