Key Responsibilities 1. Perform manual soldering of electronic components on PCBs, including through-hole and SMD components.

- Carry out PCB rework, desoldering, component replacement, and repair of defective electronic assemblies.
- Assemble electronic products according to engineering drawings, work instructions, BOMs, and quality requirements.
- Inspect solder joints and assembled PCBs for defects such as insufficient solder, solder bridges, cold joints, lifted pads, and component misalignment.
- Identify soldering and assembly defects and perform appropriate rework and corrective actions.
- Follow ESD (Electrostatic Discharge), safety, and handling procedures during all production activities.
- Operate soldering stations, soldering irons, hot-air/rework stations,



and other related equipment safely and effectively.
- Perform visual inspection and quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specified workmanship standards.
- Maintain proper 5S, cleanliness, and organization of the workstation and production area.
- Maintain positive communication with production, quality, and engineering teams to resolve assembly and rework issues.
- Complete production and inspection records accurately as required.
- Work independently as well as effectively within a team to meet production targets and quality requirements.
