Key Responsibilities: Installation, commissioning, testing and maintenance of solar PV systems. Troubleshooting of solar panels, inverters, batteries, cables and other electrical components. Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance at customer/project sites.
Diagnose faults and ensure minimum system downtime. Conduct site inspections and monitor solar system performance. Handle customer complaints and provide in office technical support. Prepare daily service reports, maintenance records and site visit reports.
Coordinate with the technical team for spare parts and major technical issues. Follow all electrical safety procedures and site safety protocols. Travel to different project/customer locations as required.
