About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Executive based in Kota to manage local DISCOM liaisoning, net-metering approvals, bank loan processing, and day-to-day solar project operations. You will act as the primary bridge between our execution teams, municipal/DISCOM authorities (JVVNL), financial institutions, and residential/commercial solar clients to ensure seamless project delivery and timely subsidy processing.

Key Responsibilities1. Net-Metering & DISCOM Liaisoning

- End-to-End Net-Metering: Submit, track, and secure approvals for solar net-metering applications on the JVVNL portal and state single-window systems.
- Authority Coordination: Maintain active working relationships with local DISCOM officials, inspectors, and testing lab personnel in Kota for feasibility clearance, testing, and meter replacement.
- National Portal & Subsidy Management: Register projects on the PM Surya Ghar National Portal, upload required commissioning documents/photos, and ensure smooth Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT) subsidy disbursement for clients.

2. Solar Loan & Banking Operations
- Bank Onboarding: Coordinate with nationalized and private banks (e.g., SBI, BOB, PNB) to facilitate low-interest, collateral-free solar loans for residential and C&I; customers.
- Documentation: Collect, verify, and process customer KYC, property documents, electricity bills, and technocommercial proposals required for quick loan sanctions.
- Disbursement Tracking:



Follow up with bank loan officers to ensure timely stage-wise disbursement of sanctioned loan amounts.

3. Core Solar Operations & Field Coordination
- Project Execution Support: Coordinate material dispatch, delivery verification, and site readiness with the installation and engineering teams.
- Inspection & Commissioning: Schedule joint site inspections with DISCOM engineers and internal teams for plant testing and commissioning.
- Client Handover & Documentation: Compile and deliver handover kits (net-metering certificates, warranty cards, user manuals, and commissioning reports) to clients upon project completion.

Key Requirements & QualificationsExperience & Education:

- Education: Graduate in any discipline (B.Sc, B.Com, B.A.) or Diploma/Degree in Electrical Engineering.
- Experience: 1–3 years of hands-on experience in solar EPC operations, DISCOM liaisoning, or electrical vendor management in Rajasthan (JVVNL preferred).

Technical & Functional Skills:

- Practical knowledge of JVVNL net-metering norms, portal workflows, and PM Surya Ghar scheme guidelines.
- Familiarity with retail bank loan documentation for rooftop solar systems.
- Solid local networking ability with Kota DISCOM offices and utility departments.
- Basic proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and email communication for operational reporting.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
