Role Description The Solar Project Coordinator (80MW) is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi, responsible for supporting end-to-end coordination of an 80MW solar project. This role involves organizing project schedules, tracking milestones, and ensuring timely completion of key activities across engineering, procurement, and construction. The coordinator will manage documentation, prepare reports, and maintain communication between internal teams, external vendors, and project stakeholders.

Day-to-day tasks include monitoring project progress, identifying risks or delays, assisting in resource planning, and supporting compliance with safety and regulatory standards. The role also requires participation in on-site meetings, coordination with field teams, and ongoing support to project leadership to keep activities aligned with budget, quality, and timeline expectations.

Qualifications

- Strong project coordination skills, including scheduling, task tracking,



and milestone monitoring for large-scale infrastructure or energy projects.
- Experience with documentation management, reporting, and maintenance of project records in organized, accessible formats.
- Ability to communicate clearly with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders, both in writing and verbally.
- Understanding of solar or renewable energy projects, with familiarity in basic technical concepts and on-site operations considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in office productivity and project tools (e.g., MS Excel, MS Project or equivalent, collaboration platforms).
- Detail-oriented working style, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to proactively identify issues and support practical solutions.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related field; relevant experience in solar or infrastructure projects is a robust plus.
- Willingness to work on-site in New Delhi and collaborate closely with field and management teams.
