About The Opportunity A fast-growing renewable energy consultancy operating across India’s utility-scale solar sector, we partner with developers, IPPs, and EPC firms to deliver bankable, grid-connected solar projects—from permitting and land acquisition to commissioning and operations. We’re currently scaling our team to execute a flagship 80 MW solar project, requiring a detail-driven Project Coordinator to drive in office execution, compliance, and stakeholder alignment.

Role & Responsibilities

- Coordinate day-to-day site activities for the 80 MW solar project—tracking progress against milestones, resolving bottlenecks, and managing contractor communications.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation including daily logs, inspection reports, material tracking sheets, and compliance records aligned with MNRE/SECI guidelines.
- Partner with engineering and procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of solar modules, inverters, and civil works materials to site.
- Facilitate coordination between contractors, site engineers, and regulatory authorities for statutory clearances, O&M; handover, and grid interconnection.
- Monitor health, safety,



and environmental compliance at site—conducting weekly audits, tracking incident reports, and ensuring adherence to IS 16009 and OSHA standards.
- Report project status, risks, and delays to Project Manager via weekly dashboards and participate in client/developer review meetings.
