We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Software Tester to join our team at RealSoft ERP Pvt. Ltd. The candidate will be responsible for testing ERP applications to ensure that all modules, functionalities, workflows, and integrations operate accurately and reliably before deployment to customers. The ideal candidate should have strong logical thinking, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and a good understanding of software testing methodologies and business processes.

Responsiblity

- Understand business requirements, functional specifications, and ERP workflows.
- Prepare detailed test scenarios, test cases, and test data.
- Perform functional, regression, integration, system, and exploratory testing.
- Test ERP modules and verify that features work according to business requirements.
- Validate end-to-end business workflows and identify functional gaps.
- Identify, document, and report bugs with clear steps to reproduce the issue.
- Coordinate with developers and project teams to investigate and resolve defects.
- Perform re-testing and regression testing after bugs are fixed.
- Validate data accuracy, calculations, reports, transactions,



and system-generated outputs.
- Perform database/data validation where required.
- Test different user roles, permissions, access levels, and approval workflows.
- Verify system behaviour under different business scenarios and edge cases.
- Conduct pre-release testing and provide feedback regarding product readiness.
- Maintain proper testing documentation, defect reports, and test execution records.
- Participate in requirement discussions and provide QA inputs during the development process.
- Support the team in identifying potential usability and performance issues.
- Assist in production issue verification and troubleshooting when required.

Requirements

- 0–2 years of experience in software testing.
- ERP testing experience will be an advantage.
- Good understanding of SDLC and STLC.
- Knowledge of manual testing methodologies and defect life cycle.
- Ability to create effective test cases and test scenarios.
- Basic knowledge of SQL/database testing is preferred.
- Knowledge of ERP/business processes will be an added advantage.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Positive written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively with developers, project managers, and other teams.

Perference

- Experience with ERP, HRMS, Accounting, Inventory, or Sales modules.
- Knowledge of API testing tools such as Postman.
- Familiarity with Jira, Mantis, or similar bug-tracking platforms.
- Basic knowledge of automation testing tools such as Selenium or Playwright.
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum development practices.
- Knowledge of ERP and business processes will be an added advantage.
