The Role and Responsibilities





We are looking for a Senior Tax Analyst based in our SSC in Mumbai to primarily support our Americas regions with all Tax matters including compliance, reporting and advisory. Other duties will incldue;
- Responsible for the management and execution of EnerMechs tax compliance, tax reporting and commercial tax advisory functions for the Americas region.
- In addition, responsible for other tax work in the Americas region and globally as directed by the Tax Director.
- Tax will cover all taxes arising in the normal course of business at the Group, including but not limited to corporate tax, corporate withholding tax, personal income tax, VAT and sales taxes, custom duties and any other related taxes.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Monitor changes in tax laws that may impact the groups tax positions.
- Responsible for Americas regions transfer pricing monitoring and compliance, including monitoring our internal financing arrangements, management fee arrangements, and sub-contract arrangements throughout th
