Role Description The Software Trainer - Computer Science role is a full-time, in office position based in the Mohali district campus. The role involves designing and delivering software training sessions for undergraduate and postgraduate students, focusing on practical application of computer science concepts and current software development practices.

The Software

Trainer will prepare training materials, lab exercises, and instructional content, and will conduct classroom and hands-on lab sessions to enhance learners’ technical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities include assessing learner performance, providing constructive feedback, mentoring students on projects,



and collaborating with faculty to align training modules with academic curricula and industry requirements. The role may also involve organizing workshops, seminars, and short courses, and staying current with emerging technologies to keep training content relevant.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong skills in Computer Software Training and Training, with experience delivering structured sessions to diverse learner groups.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills, including the ability to explain technical concepts clearly and engage learners in both classroom and lab settings.
- Candidates should possess practical Software Development skills, with hands-on experience in modern programming languages, tools, and development methodologies.
- Candidates should possess Instructional Design skills, including creating curricula, lesson plans, and learning materials adapted to different levels of technical proficiency.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a closely related field.
