About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced React Native Developer to build the next generation of our TPAP (Third-Party Application Provider) platform. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in React Native, JavaScript/TypeScript, mobile application development, and a passion for creating intuitive, secure, and high-performance mobile applications. You will work closely with Product Managers, UX Designers, Backend Engineers, and QA teams to deliver a seamless payment experience for millions of users.

Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality mobile applications using React Native.
- Build secure, scalable, and responsive user interfaces for UPI and digital payment journeys.
- Develop reusable, modular, and maintainable UI components.
- Integrate mobile applications with backend REST APIs and payment services.
- Optimize application performance, responsiveness, and startup time.
- Ensure compatibility across Android and iOS platforms.
- Participate in code reviews and follow engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and continuously improve application stability and user experience.




- Collaborate with Product, Design, Backend, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle.

Qualifications

- 4–7 years of experience in mobile application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with React Native.
- Good knowledge of JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Strong understanding of React concepts, Hooks, Context API, and state management (Redux, Zustand, or similar).
- Experience integrating RESTful APIs and JSON-based services.
- Knowledge of mobile application architecture, navigation, offline storage, and performance optimization.
- Experience with Git, CI/CD, and Agile development practices.
- Good understanding of debugging tools and application profiling.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in UPI, TPAP, Digital Payments, Wallets, Banking applications.
- Experience with payment SDKs and secure authentication mechanisms such as OAuth, biometrics, and device binding.
- Familiarity with Android and iOS release processes on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.
- Knowledge of mobile security best practices and secure coding standards.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Passion for building high-quality mobile applications.
- Valuable communication and collaboration skills.
- Ownership mindset with attention to quality and user experience.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
