Position: Coding Facilitator Employment Type: Freelance Contractual Location: Work From Home Key Responsibilities Teach coding to children in the age group of 5 to 14 years through live online sessions. Ensure that students enjoy and actively participate in the learning process. Engage, encourage, and motivate students to achieve their learning goals. Evaluate student performance and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Conduct demo sessions with prospective students and support conversion. Conduct both group classes and one-on-one sessions as required.



Create a fun, interactive, and creative learning environment for students. Qualifications & Skills B. E./B. Tech / M. E./M. Tech / MCA/ MSc (CS/IT)Strong knowledge of block-based coding platforms such as Scratch Jr, Scratch, MIT App Inventor, Edublocks, etc. Understanding of AI/ML concepts and block-based AI platforms such as Picto Blox, Teachable Machine, etc. Knowledge of programming languages and technologies, including Python (fundamentals), HTML, CSS, Java Script. Familiarity with Python libraries such as Num Py, Pandas. Hands-on experience in Data Analysis and Data Visualization projects using Python.3+ years of relevant working experience in coding or software-related fields.1+ year of teaching experience, preferably in coding. Experience in online teaching is mandatory. Solid subject knowledge and problem-solving ability. Excellent English communication skills. Comfortable teaching young
