POSITION SUMMARY

Our company is growing rapidly and is hiring a full-stack Software Developer with a solid focus on Production AI to support our AI and data solutions team. This individual will be part of a team using Palantir Foundry and Palantir AI capabilities to design, build, deploy, and operate production‑grade AI applications that work with large volumes of data across multiple platforms.

This role partners closely with data scientists, data engineers, and product owners to turn machine learning and AI models into scalable, reliable, and governed production solutions. The Software Developer will be responsible for translating business requirements into AI‑enabled applications, supporting the full AI lifecycle from feature engineering to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

- Develop AI‑enabled front‑end and back‑end applications within Palantir Foundry
- Build, deploy, and maintain production machine learning solutions using Foundry AI patterns
- Collaborate with data scientists to operationalize models (training, inference, batch and real‑time scoring)
- Create and manage data models and AI feature pipelines
- Analyze and prepare data using Code Workbook, Contour, and Quiver
- Establish data connections, build data health and model monitoring, and analyze lineage
- Implement ML workflows including model versioning, retraining, and performance tracking
- Manage requests for customer‑facing applications that embed AI and ML capabilities




- Translate business problems into AI‑driven solutions that deliver measurable value
- Apply best practices for AI reliability, governance, and responsible AI usage

QUALIFICATIONS

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE – MINIMUM REQUIRED

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2–5 years of software development experience
- 2+ years working with production machine learning or AI‑enabled applications
- Experience supporting end‑to‑end ML lifecycle (data prep, training, deployment, monitoring)
- 2–5 years programming for large‑scale data analysis and modernization
- Experience with code repositories and branching strategies

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

- Hands‑on experience with Palantir Foundry AI capabilities
- Strong scripting skills for data manipulation, feature engineering, and inference
- Proficiency in Python and TypeScript
- Familiarity with model deployment and monitoring concepts
- Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills
- Continuously researches and evaluates emerging AI and ML technologies
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills

PREFERRED

- Experience deploying AI solutions using Palantir Foundry, AIP patterns, or similar platforms
- Familiarity with ML libraries such as scikit‑learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch
- Experience with AI governance, explainability, and model performance monitoring
