About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Software Developer – Frontend Development to join our engineering team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in building scalable, responsive, and high-performance web applications using modern frontend technologies.

You will work closely with backend developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to design and deliver robust, user-friendly applications while contributing to technical decisions, code quality, and engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable frontend applications.

- Build responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.js and modern JavaScript technologies.

- Integrate frontend applications with REST APIs and backend services.

- Write clean, maintainable, reusable, and well-tested code.

- Collaborate with backend developers to ensure smooth integration between frontend and backend systems.

- Participate in architecture and technical design discussions.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and scalability.

- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive technical feedback.

- Follow software development best practices, coding standards, and version-control workflows.

- Work with Git for source-code management and collaborative development.

- Contribute to improving development processes, application quality, and overall engineering standards.

- Mentor junior developers and support knowledge sharing within the team.





Required Skills

- 5+ years of professional experience in software development, with strong experience in frontend development.

- Strong proficiency in React.js.

- Excellent knowledge of JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.

- Experience working with REST APIs and integrating frontend applications with backend services.

- Good understanding of frontend architecture, component-based development, and application performance.

- Experience with Git and collaborative software development workflows.

- Strong understanding of Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA).

- Good knowledge of databases and understanding of how frontend applications interact with data/backend systems.

- Familiarity with backend technologies such as Node.js, Java, or Python is an added advantage.

- Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.

- Good understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience developing large-scale or enterprise web applications.

- Experience with frontend performance optimization.

- Knowledge of modern frontend build tools and development practices.

- Understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.

- Experience working in a collaborative Agile/Scrum setting.

- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
