The Role: In year one, you'll deliver daily in-person DSA training and mentor classes of 70100 students in Hyderabad. Based on your performance, you can move into Software Development — building scalable products and internal platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver daily in-person DSA training to classes of 70–100 students
- Mentor students, resolve queries, and review deliverables for quality
- Build software features and internal tools (post year one)
- Continuously improve in teaching pedagogy and software development

Requirements:




- Strong proficiency in Data Structures & Algorithms, with explicit communication
- Problem-solving mindset; fast learner on new tech platforms
- Teaching/mentorship experience and competitive programming (Codeforces / CodeChef / LeetCode / AtCoder) or ICPC/hackathons are a plus
- Comfort using AI tools to enhance teaching and development
