We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Lead / Full Stack Architect who can take ownership of the platform’s technical architecture, guide the development team, and help us build a secure, scalable, and high-performance technology ecosystem.

About the Role:

This is a technical leadership and architecture-focused role, not only a coding position.

The selected candidate will work closely with the founders and engineering team to define the technical roadmap, design the overall system architecture, establish development standards, review code, and guide backend, frontend, mobile, database, cloud, and security decisions.

We are looking for someone who can convert business requirements into practical technical solutions and take ownership of the platform from architecture to deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead end-to-end system architecture and technical planning
- Design scalable, secure, and high-availability applications
- Define the backend, frontend, mobile, database, and cloud architecture
- Guide backend, frontend, Flutter, QA, and DevOps team members




- Translate business and product requirements into technical specifications
- Design secure REST APIs, microservices, databases, and integration layers
- Plan multi-vendor API integrations and third-party service integrations
- Establish coding standards, engineering processes, and development best practices
- Conduct code reviews, architecture reviews, and security reviews
- Identify technical risks, performance issues, and scalability challenges
- Mentor developers and support the technical hiring process
- Lead sprint planning, task estimations, and technical roadmap discussions
- Ensure proper documentation of architecture, APIs, databases, and deployment processes
- Oversee cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, deployment, monitoring, and application reliability
- Ensure data security, API security, transaction integrity, and platform availability
- Collaborate directly with the founders on product and technology decisions

Must-Have Technical Skills:

- 8–12+ years of software development experience
- 3–5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Engineering Lead, or Solution Architect role
- Strong hands-on expertise in Node.js, NestJS, and TypeScript
- Robust experience with React.js and Next.js
- Good understanding of Flutter architecture and mobile application development
- Strong knowledge of PostgreSQL, MongoDB, and Redis
- Experience designing REST APIs and microservices-based applications
- Strong understanding of system design, clean architecture, and design patterns
- Experience with JWT, OAuth 2.0, API authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
- Experience with AWS, Docker, CI/CD pipelines,



Git, and cloud deployments
- Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party APIs
- Strong understanding of application security, scalability, performance optimization, and high availability
- Experience conducting code reviews and managing engineering quality
- Ability to guide and mentor developers across different technology functions
- Strong problem-solving, documentation, and technical communication skills

Preferred Experience:

Experience in FinTech, digital wallets, e-commerce, marketplaces, rewards, loyalty, or transaction-heavy platforms will be highly preferred.

Experience with multi-tenant SaaS platforms, wallet/ledger systems, high-volume API integrations, reconciliation, or transaction processing will be an advantage.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

- Be capable of taking complete ownership of technical architecture
- Have strong hands-on development knowledge, along with leadership experience
- Be comfortable reviewing code and solving complex technical problems
- Have experience working with startups or building products from the ground up
- Be able to balance speed, scalability, security, and business requirements
- Be available for periodic meetings with the founders and development team
- Have a product-oriented mindset.
