About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate Soft Skills Trainer to join our training and development team. The ideal candidate should be enthusiastic about empowering students and professionals with essential workplace and communication skills. The role involves conducting interactive training sessions, workshops, assessments, and developmental programs across partner institutions and client locations.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct engaging and impactful soft skills and communication training sessions for students and professionals.
- Design and deliver training modules on communication skills, presentation skills, public speaking, group discussions, interview preparation, teamwork, time management, and workplace etiquette.
- Facilitate interactive learning experiences tailored to different audience groups and learning levels.
- Assess participant performance and provide constructive feedback for skill enhancement.
- Deliver aptitude training sessions covering quantitative aptitude and logical reasoning, where required.
- Coordinate with academic, training, and operations teams regarding schedules, assessments, and reporting.




- Travel to client locations or partner institutions across Bangalore and nearby regions as part of the training schedule.

Required Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong presentation, facilitation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Expertise in soft skills development and learner engagement strategies.
- Knowledge of aptitude training, including quantitative and logical reasoning.
- Ability to manage diverse audiences and adapt training methodologies accordingly.
- Strong organizational, time management, and coordination skills.
- Willingness to travel frequently based on training assignments.

Qualifications & Experience:
- A Master’s degree in English, Communication, Management, Psychology, or a related field is preferred.
- 1–3+ years of experience as a Soft Skills Trainer, Corporate Trainer, or in a similar training role.
- Experience in training college students, fresh graduates, or working professionals is preferred.
- Freshers with exceptional communication skills, training aptitude, and a robust passion for teaching and mentoring are encouraged to apply.
