3. Graphic design skills — posters, carousels, social creatives
4. Content ideation & creation — you generate ideas and execute them
5. AI content creation — AI-generated images & videos, AI copywriting tools
6. Video editing — reels, shorts, promos (advanced editing / motion graphics a robust plus)
7. SEO & keyword knowledge for captions, hashtags and discoverability
8. Experience with cross-posting & scheduling tools (Meta Business Suite, Buffer, Hootsuite, Later, etc.)
9. Performance marketing experience — running & optimising paid social (Meta Ads, TikTok Ads)
10. Analytics fluency — reading insights and turning them into decisions
