About the Role

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic Social Media Intern to join our team and support social media communication for events, artists, and brand campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who understands social media trends, enjoys creating content, and wants hands-on experience in the events and entertainment industry.

Key Responsibilities: What You’ll Do

- Assist in developing and executing engaging social media content for events, artists, and brand campaigns.
- Support the management of social media accounts and ensure timely and consistent publishing.
- Assist in planning content calendars, including posts, reels, stories, and other social formats.
- Create and curate engaging content under the guidance of the social media team.
- Stay updated with social media trends, formats, audio, hashtags, and audience behaviour to identify opportunities for growth.
- Support the team in monitoring social media performance, engagement, reach, and audience response.
- Collaborate closely with the creative, design, and video teams to develop cohesive and engaging brand storytelling.
- Assist with social media campaigns for events and artists before, during, and after events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to support timely delivery of campaign content.
- Maintain consistency in brand voice, visual identity,



and communication across social media platforms.
- Track competitors, industry trends, and relevant cultural moments and share interesting findings with the team.
- Assist in preparing social media performance reports and identifying key learnings.
- Ensure content is accurate, brand-appropriate, and aligned with campaign guidelines before publishing.

Skills & Qualifications – What We’re Looking For

- Pursuing or recently completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, X (Twitter), and emerging social media platforms.
- Robust interest in social media trends, content formats, and audience engagement.
- Creative mindset with an interest in copywriting, content planning, and basic design/video editing.
- Ability to understand basic social media metrics and learn how content performance can be improved.
- Excellent communication and coordination skills.
- Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Prior experience managing social media for brands, events, artists or entertainment projects will be an advantage.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with guidance from the team.
- Strong attention to detail, creativity, and a proactive attitude.
