Role Description The Social Media Manager role at techfinder.in is a full-time hybrid position based in Surat, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements.

Manager will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms by planning and publishing engaging content, monitoring audience interactions, and responding to comments and messages in a professional manner. This role involves developing and executing social media campaigns aligned with marketing goals, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and collaborating with internal teams to showcase products, solutions, and customer success stories.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to plan, execute, and refine campaigns across platforms.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-consistent messaging.
- Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan content calendars, align posts with business objectives, and maintain a cohesive online presence.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting skills to measure performance and support data-driven decisions.
- Ability to work in a hybrid setup, manage time effectively, and coordinate with on-site and remote team members in Surat.
- Prior experience in social media management, digital marketing, or a related field, preferably within technology, electronics, or security solutions.
- Understanding of current social media trends and best practices, with a proactive approach to experimenting with recent formats and platforms.
- Relevant diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a similar discipline is preferred.
