Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Kochi .

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.

Responsibilities include managing the content calendar, developing campaigns aligned with business goals, and optimizing social media performance through analytics and insights. The role involves collaborating with internal teams to highlight mortgage products, customer success stories, and educational content, as well as responding to comments and inquiries in a timely,



professional manner.

The Social Media

Manager will monitor trends in the mortgage and real estate sectors, ensure brand consistency, and support lead-generation efforts through targeted social media activities.

Qualifications

- Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing business profiles on major platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills, with the ability to create clear, engaging, and audience-appropriate content.
- Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to mortgage, real estate, or financial services audiences.
- Proficiency with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of digital marketing concepts (e.g., engagement metrics, reach, conversions).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in social media management; experience in mortgage, real estate, or financial services is an advantage.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.
- Based in Kochi.
- Well-versed in WhatsApp API bulk marketing & Email marketing.
