Experience: 2+ years in Social Media Management, preferably in a Digital Marketing Agency

About the Role

- We’re looking for a Social Media Manager who understands that social media is more than just posting content.
- You should be able to turn a brand brief into a strong content strategy, a trend into an opportunity, and an idea into content that people actually stop scrolling for.
- If you’ve worked with multiple brands in an agency workplace, understand client expectations, and can take ownership from ideation → execution → analysis → optimisation, we’d love to hear from you.

What You'll do

- Manage social media accounts across multiple client brands, including content planning, publishing and monitoring.
- Develop and execute creative, trend-led and platform-specific content strategies.
- Stay ahead of social media trends, formats, memes and audience behaviour.
- Brainstorm and develop ideas for Reels, carousels, static posts, stories and campaigns.
- Collaborate with designers, video editors, copywriters and strategy teams to bring ideas to life.
- Plan and execute influencer collaborations and campaign-based partnerships.
- Manage campaigns from ideation to execution, ensuring quality and consistency.
- Work directly with clients to understand objectives,



present ideas and contribute to campaign strategies.
- Manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Track social media performance, prepare reports and turn analytics into actionable insights for improvement.

What We're Looking For ?

- 2+ years of Social Media Management experience, preferably within a digital marketing, advertising or creative agency.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and emerging social platforms.
- Excellent content ideation, storytelling and trend-spotting skills.
- Experience managing multiple brands/client accounts.
- Understanding of influencer marketing and campaign execution.
- Strong communication and client-management skills.
- Ability to analyse performance metrics and make data-backed decisions.
- A proactive mindset with the ability to bring ideas to the table independently.

- This is strictly an In-Office role and NOT a Remote/WFH role.
- The position is based at our office in Panaji, Goa.
