About The Role

We are looking for a creative and hands-on Social Media Manager who understands social media beyond just posting content. The ideal candidate should be able to plan, create, shoot, edit and analyse content while maintaining the brand's tone and identity.

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and execute social media strategies and content calendars.
2. Create platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
3. Ideate Reels, posts, carousels, stories and other engaging content formats.
4. Stay updated with trends, viral formats, memes and evolving social media behaviour.
5. Shoot short-form videos using a smartphone/camera, including basic framing, lighting and audio.
6. Edit Reels/short-form videos using tools such as CapCut, VN, Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
7. Write basic hooks, captions, scripts and CTAs.
8. Understand and maintain the brand's tone, messaging and visual consistency.
9. Monitor social media analytics and use insights to improve content performance.
10. Manage basic comments,



DMs and community engagement.

Requirements

1. 1–2 years of experience in social media management/content creation.
2. Strong understanding of Instagram and short-form video content.
3. Basic videography and video editing skills.
4. Good understanding of platform-wise content strategy.
5. Strong content ideation and creative thinking.
6. Good copywriting and communication skills.
7. Ability to identify and appropriately use current trends.
8. Basic understanding of social media analytics.
9. Ability to work independently and take ownership of content.
10. Must be comfortable working in office in Jaipur.

Good to Have

1. Canva/design skills
2. Photography experience
3. YouTube/Shorts experience
4. Basic Meta Ads knowledge
5. Experience using AI tools for content creation and research

Ideal candidate: Someone who can take a concept from Idea → Shoot → Edit → Publish → Analyse → Improve.
