Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Gurugram.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, execute, and optimize social media campaigns across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand messaging and audience engagement. Daily responsibilities include creating and scheduling posts, managing social media calendars, monitoring performance analytics, and responding to comments and messages. The role also involves collaborating with content, design, and marketing teams to develop campaigns, running social media promotions and ads, and staying current with platform updates and trends.

Qualifications

- Solid Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with experience managing brand accounts across major platforms.
- Effective Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
- Ability to develop and implement Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts, basic SEO principles, and social media analytics tools.
- Proficiency with social media management tools and scheduling platforms.
- Relevant experience in social media or digital marketing; agency or multi-brand experience is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Capacity to work on-site in Gurugram and collaborate effectively within a cross-functional team environment.
