Location: Aminjikarai, Chennai (with travel to Hosur / Coimbatore / Bangalore campuses)

Role Summary:

Owns day-to-day social media strategy, content calendar execution, and community engagement across all platforms, bringing the brand's voice and campaigns to life in the digital space.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and execute the monthly social media content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant platforms
- Manage day-to-day posting, community engagement, and responses
- Coordinate with the video/photo editor for supporting creative assets
- Track and report on channel performance — engagement, reach, growth
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, tone, and the organisation's Never List guidelines
- Support distribution of podcast clips, magazine content, and campaign material across channels

Education:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Mass Media, or related field

Experience:





- 3–6 years managing social media for a brand, agency, or in-house marketing team
- Experience in premium/lifestyle, real estate, hospitality, or wellness brands preferred
- Demonstrated ability to grow and manage community engagement, not just posting

Skills & Competencies:

- Solid platform fluency (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, WhatsApp broadcast)
- Copywriting ability adaptable to a premium brand voice
- Analytics-driven — comfortable reading and reporting on performance data
- Organised, calendar-driven execution habits
- Basic content editing skills (captions, short-form copy, community responses)

Deliverables (First 6 Months):

- First 3 months of content calendar planned and executed on schedule
- Established monthly performance reporting format
- Measurable growth in engagement/followers across primary channels
- Smooth coordination workflow established with video/photo editor
