Role Description As a full-time Social Media Manager based on-site in Mumbai, this role is responsible for managing and growing Beyond Pheras’ presence across social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing content calendars, creating and posting engaging visual and written content, and optimizing profiles and posts for reach and engagement. The role also involves monitoring trends, responding to audience interactions, collaborating with the creative and planning teams to showcase events, and coordinating with photographers, videographers, and vendors for content assets.

Manager will analyze performance metrics, prepare reports, and adjust strategies to support brand awareness, lead generation, and community building.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to manage campaigns and grow brand presence.
- Ability to develop and implement effective Content Strategy aligned with brand goals and target audience.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-consistent content and interactions.
- Experience with social media analytics tools and performance reporting (e.g., Instagram Insights, Meta Business Suite).
- Knowledge of wedding or lifestyle industries, with an eye for aesthetics and storytelling through visual and written content.
- Ability to work in office in Mumbai, collaborate across teams, and manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with basic design or editing tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Express) is an advantage.
