Role Description The Social Media Manager internship role is an on-site position based in Ghaziabad. The intern will manage and grow the company’s presence across social media platforms, including planning, scheduling, and publishing content aligned with business and individual advisory services. Daily tasks include creating engaging posts, stories, and short-form content, monitoring social media channels, responding to comments and messages, and implementing social media optimization (SMO) techniques to improve reach and engagement.





The role also involves collaborating with internal teams to translate advisory insights into clear, audience-friendly content and tracking basic performance metrics to support campaign reporting. This internship offers hands-on experience in social media marketing within the consulting and financial advisory domain.

Qualifications

- Strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills, with the ability to manage multiple platforms.
- Excellent Communication and Writing skills for crafting clear, engaging, and skilled content.
- Ability to develop and implement basic Content Strategy aligned with brand and business goals.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic reporting of performance metrics.
- Creative mindset with an eye for design and storytelling, including experience with simple graphic or video tools (e.g., Canva, Reels editors).
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage posting calendars and deadlines.
- Interest in financial services, consulting, or business advisory is preferred.
- Pursuing or having completed a degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is an advantage.
