Role Description The Social Media Intern role at FUZOLO is a Gurugram-based hybrid internship. It offers the flexibility to complete core tasks remotely, with on-site availability primarily required on weekends for content shoots.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and creative Social Media Intern based in Gurgaon to assist in building and executing our brand’s social media presence across Instagram and LinkedIn. This entry-level internship focuses on digital content production, short-form video creation, and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Video Content Presentation: Present company video content, product overviews, and structured Reels/Shorts on camera.
- Content Production & Editing:



Shoot clean mobile video footage and assemble engaging short-form video and graphic assets using standard mobile editing platforms such as CapCut and Canva.
- Platform Operations (Instagram & LinkedIn): Draft transparent captions, optimize posting schedules, and organize content calendars tailored to both consumer (Instagram) and professional (LinkedIn) audiences.
- Community Moderation: Monitor post comments and track engagement metrics.

Qualifications & Competencies

- Location Requirement: Must be based in or able to commute to Gurgaon for on-site content shoots and team syncs.
- Technical Skills: Hands-on proficiency with smartphone video recording and basic video/graphic editing applications (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or equivalent digital software). Ability to demonstrate skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Content Creation.
- Platform Knowledge: Understanding of current format standards, algorithms, and post optimization strategies on Instagram and LinkedIn.
- Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.
- On-Camera Comfort: Demonstrated comfort with presenting visual and scripted video content on camera.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks in a hybrid work setting.
