About the RoleWe are hiring a Social Media Manager Intern / Social Media Intern / Content Creator to own and grow our digital presence.

This is not a role where you simply receive a content calendar and post.

You will research, create, experiment, publish, analyse, and figure out what works.

You will work closely with the founders and have the freedom to experiment with recent formats, ideas, platforms, and growth strategies.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow BlackMass Energies' presence across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, YouTube, and other relevant platforms.
- Create content including posts, carousels, threads, reels, short-form videos, scripts, newsletters, and visual content.
- Research battery recycling, critical minerals, rare earths, AI, energy, manufacturing, and global industry trends.
- Convert complex technical topics into simple, engaging, high-quality content.
- Build founder personal branding and thought-leadership content.
- Identify trending topics, news, conversations, and opportunities relevant to the company.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Support PR, media outreach, podcasts,



industry events, and brand collaborations.
- Use AI tools for research, ideation, scripting, editing, design, and content production.
- Track content performance and continuously improve reach, engagement, and audience growth.
- Experiment with new content formats and distribution strategies.
