Key Responsibilities

Social Media Management

● Manage and grow VIS social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn,

YouTube, Threads, X (Twitter), and Google Business Profile.

● Create and schedule daily content using Meta Business Suite and Zoho Social.

● Maintain a monthly content calendar aligned with marketing campaigns.

● Ensure brand consistency across all platforms.

Content Creation

● Write engaging captions and social media copy.

● Create carousel posts, reels, stories, polls, and educational content.

● Assist in scripting short-form videos and promotional reels.

Community Management

● Respond to comments, direct messages, and enquiries promptly.

● Coordinate with counsellors for lead allocation.

● Build engagement through community interaction.

Campaign Support related to

High School Programs | Hospitality Careers | Europe Job Opportunities | Events & Webinars

Lead Generation

● Generate enquiries through social media.

● Drive traffic to landing pages and WhatsApp.





● Track campaign performance and optimize content accordingly.Analytics & Reporting Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports.

Website Clicks | Leads Generated | Conversion Performance

Requirements

Skills Required

Technical Skills | Meta Business Suite | Instagram | Facebook

LinkedIn | YouTube | Canva | Zoho Social | SEO Skills

Basic Adobe Photoshop (Preferred) | Basic Video Editing (CapCut/Premiere Pro preferred)

Google Sheets & Microsoft Excel

Preferred Experience

1–3 years of experience in Social Media Marketing.

Experience in Education, Immigration, Hospitality, or Recruitment industry is preferred.

Strong understanding of Instagram Reels and Facebook marketing.

Experience with lead generation campaigns is an advantage.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Digital Marketing, or related field.

Digital Marketing Certifications will be an added advantage
