As we continue to scale, we’re looking for a proactive Social Media Executive who can manage our social presence, turn creative content into engaging campaigns, and build an audience that genuinely cares about what we do.

The Role A ground-level, high-impact role inside a creative production environment. You’ll be working directly on our social handles and client projects, blending content strategy, short-form copy, and trend analysis to drive real community connection. What You'll Do

- Manage Masrah Films' social media handles day-to-day and maintain an active publishing schedule
- Research internet trends and build a rich reference bank of high-performing visual content
- Write sharp captions, scroll-stopping hooks, and personality-driven short-form copy
- Support content calendar planning, scheduling, and strategy execution across platforms




- Handle basic reel edits, formatting, and post creation using CapCut, native platform tools, or basic design setups
- Track account metrics, analyze what’s performing, and share actionable content insights with the creative team
- Engage actively with our community through comments and DMs to build authentic connections.

What We're Looking For

- 0–1 year of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing
- A clear understanding of platform algorithms and what makes content stop the scroll
- Strong written English with a natural ability to write clear, direct, personality-led copy
- High awareness of internet trends, viral formats, and visual references across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Familiarity with planning and workflow tools like Notion, Slack, and Google Sheets
- A self-starter attitude—you proactively pitch ideas and bring creative solutions to the table
