What You Will Do

- Develop and execute comprehensive social media strategies across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn to build brand awareness.

- Craft compelling, empathy-driven narratives that resonate with our audience and highlight the science and care behind our skincare solutions.

- Plan and manage a cohesive content calendar aligned with upcoming product launches, e-commerce campaigns, and continuous brand building.

- Monitor, analyze, and report on key social media metrics to track engagement, reach, and ROI, continuously optimizing performance.

- Identify and nurture relationships with beauty influencers, skincare creators, and industry experts for collaborative campaigns.

- Engage actively with our online community by responding to comments, queries, and mentions in a prompt,



brand-aligned voice.

- Stay ahead of emerging digital trends, algorithm updates, and skincare industry shifts to keep our content fresh and competitive.

What You Bring to the Table

- Experience: 2 to 3 years of proven experience in social media management, specifically within the skincare, personal care, or beauty industry.

- Creative Flair: A strong portfolio demonstrating sharp copywriting, visual storytelling, and a deep understanding of skincare aesthetics.

- Strategic Thinking: The ability to align daily social media activities with broader e-commerce operations and long-term brand positioning.

- Analytical Skills: Proficiency with social media analytics and listening tools to track KPIs and generate actionable reports.

- Platform Expertise: Deep understanding of Instagram algorithms, short-form video content creation, and community engagement tactics.
