SOCIAL MEDIA EXECUTIVEBeyoung | Full-Time | On-Site | UdaipurAbout the RoleWe are looking for a Social Media Executive who understands fashion, culture and digital behaviour and can help grow Beyoung's presence across social platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, publishing and analysing content while ensuring the brand remains relevant, consistent and engaging.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage Beyoung's social media presence across Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
- Develop and execute monthly and weekly social media content calendars.
- Plan content around campaigns, product launches, trends, festivals and cultural moments.
- Work closely with the Brand, Creative, Design, Content, Influencer and Performance Marketing teams.
- Write and coordinate captions, hooks, CTAs, hashtags and post copy.
- Identify relevant trends, memes, sounds, formats and cultural moments and convert them into brand-relevant content.
- Coordinate with designers, video editors, photographers, creators and agencies to ensure timely content delivery.
- Publish and schedule content while maintaining brand consistency and platform best practices.
- Monitor comments, DMs and audience conversations and identify consumer insights.
- Track and report reach, engagement, views, followers, shares, saves and other key social KPIs.




- Analyse content performance and continuously improve the content strategy based on data.
- Conduct regular competitor and social media audits to identify new opportunities.
- Support influencer/creator collaborations and social-first campaigns.

What We're Looking For

- 1–3 years of experience in Social Media, Digital Marketing, Content or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Instagram, Reels, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
- Good understanding of fashion, youth culture, trends and internet culture.
- Strong copywriting and communication skills.
- Ability to identify trends quickly and understand what makes content engaging.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines.
- Comfortable working with creative teams and giving clear content briefs.
- Data-driven mindset with an understanding of social media analytics.
- Experience with Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, YouTube Analytics and similar tools is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Canva, CapCut or other content tools is a plus.
