A Social Media Executive is responsible for planning, creating, publishing, and monitoring content across social media platforms to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Job Responsibilities

1) Social Media Management

- Manage company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).

- Schedule and publish posts according to the content calendar.

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms.

2) Content Creation

- Create engaging captions, posts, and basic graphics.

- Coordinate with designers and content writers.

- Develop content ideas based on trends and campaigns.

3) Campaign Management

- Execute organic and paid social media campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize results.

- Assist in lead generation campaigns.

4) Community Management

- Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries.

- Engage with followers to build brand awareness.

- Monitor online reviews and feedback.

5) Performance Analysis

- Track key performance metrics (reach, engagement, impressions, followers, clicks).





- Prepare weekly and monthly social media reports.

- Suggest improvements based on analytics.

6) Trend Monitoring

- Stay updated with the latest social media trends, hashtags, and platform updates.

- Identify opportunities for viral or timely content.

7) Collaboration

- Coordinate with the marketing, sales, and design teams.

- Support product launches and promotional campaigns.

- Work with influencers or external agencies when required.

Requirements

Education

- Bachelor's degree in any field.

- Certifications in Digital Marketing or Social Media Marketing are an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–2 years of experience in social media management, digital marketing, or content marketing.
