About NouriaNouria is a premium women’s fashion brand built around timeless design, refined aesthetics and modern femininity. As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a creative and driven Social Media & Content Executive who can help shape how Nouria looks, feels and communicates across digital platforms.

The RoleWe’re looking for someone who is hands-on with content creation, has a strong eye for aesthetics and understands what makes fashion content engaging.

This is not a role limited to posting content or managing an agency. We’re looking for someone who can think, ideate, shoot, create and execute — someone who can turn everyday moments, products and brand stories into compelling content.

What You’ll Do

- Develop and execute Nouria’s social media strategy in line with our brand identity and growth goals.
- Conceptualise and create in-house content for Instagram and other relevant platforms.
- Shoot and create Reels, Stories, product videos, behind-the-scenes content, styling content and campaign assets.
- Bring fresh ideas for content formats, trends, campaigns and brand storytelling.
- Have a strong understanding of fashion, visual aesthetics, styling, photography and short-form video.
- Plan and manage the monthly/weekly content calendar.
- Write engaging captions and develop content that communicates Nouria’s brand voice.
- Work closely with the founder, creative, marketing and product teams for launches and campaigns.
- Coordinate and execute shoots when required, including planning concepts, references, props, locations and shot lists.
- Stay updated with Instagram trends, formats, algorithms and emerging content trends.
- Track social media performance and use insights to improve content and engagement.




- Help build Nouria’s digital presence and contribute to overall brand growth and awareness.

What We’re Looking For
- 2–3+ years of experience in social media, content creation or digital marketing.
- Experience working with a fashion, beauty, lifestyle, luxury or premium consumer brand is highly preferred.
- A strong portfolio demonstrating original content you have personally created.
- Excellent visual sense and understanding of premium aesthetics.
- Strong skills in Reels, photography, video creation and editing.
- Someone who can independently take an idea from concept → shoot → edit → publish.
- Strong understanding of Instagram and social media content strategy.
- Creative thinker who is constantly bringing new ideas to the table.
- Robust communication and storytelling skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
- Familiarity with tools such as CapCut, Canva, Lightroom, Photoshop or similar is a plus.
