About the Role

We’re looking for a sharp, confident and creative Social Media & Content Executive who can take ownership of social media content across multiple brands and projects.

We don't need someone who simply schedules posts.

We’re looking for someone who can think of fresh ideas, build content calendars, plan UGC and short-form video, spot trends and make sure content actually gets executed.

If you're constantly noticing new content formats, hooks, Reels and campaign ideas and thinking “we could do something better with this” we'd like to hear from you.

What You'll Do

- Create and manage monthly social media content calendars
- Develop fresh content ideas, campaigns, hooks and concepts
- Plan and coordinate UGC content, Reels and short-form videos
- Manage social media across multiple brands and projects
- Handle platforms including Instagram, LinkedIn and other relevant channels
- Write captions, content briefs and creative directions
- Coordinate with designers, video editors and UGC creators
- Schedule, publish and manage day-to-day social media content
- Identify relevant trends and quickly turn them into brand-specific content




- Monitor engagement and content performance
- Identify what's working, what's not, and continuously improve the content strategy
- Ensure content is delivered and published consistently and on time

What We're Looking For

- 1+ year of hands-on social media/content experience
- Strong understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, Reels and short-form content
- Experience creating and managing content calendars
- Understanding of UGC-style content
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Creative thinker with the confidence to bring forward new ideas
- Ability to manage multiple projects without constant follow-up
- Strong attention to detail and sense of ownership
- Comfortable working in a quick-moving environment
- Ability to coordinate with creators, designers and video editors
