About the RoleWe're not looking for a "content person." We're looking for someone who is the internet — who can spot a trend the moment it drops, turn a random Tuesday into a video idea, and genuinely enjoys being on camera. This isn't a "sit in a room and talk to the camera" job — we want creators who think beyond the four walls of a room setup: different locations, different angles, different POVs, different formats. You'll be part of a growing in-house creative team building the company's short-form video presence from the ground up.

What You'll DoStar in and shoot trendy, fast-turnaround videos across Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and beyondThink in terms of performance — hooks, retention, watch time — not just "nice content"Write punchy, native-feeling copy — ad scripts, captions, hooks, on-screen text — that sounds like a person, not a brandIdeate scroll-stopping concepts on the spot, riffing on trending formats, sounds, and templatesShoot and edit your own content end-to-end (phone-first workflows are fine — vibe > gear)Stay obsessively updated on trends, edit styles, transitions, sounds,



and internet lingo before they go mainstreamCollaborate with the in-house editor and marketing team to keep output consistent and on-brand
