Role Description The Site Engineer role is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru.

The Site

Engineer is responsible for supervising and coordinating daily construction activities, ensuring that structural steel, PEB, roofing, and cladding work is executed according to engineering designs and quality standards.

Responsibilities include monitoring site progress, conducting inspections, enforcing safety protocols, and collaborating with project managers, designers, and contractors to resolve technical issues. The role also involves reviewing drawings, preparing site reports, maintaining documentation,



and supporting timely completion of milestones.

The Site

Engineer will work closely with cross-functional teams to uphold project specifications, client requirements, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

- Ability to work effectively in an in office environment, managing day-to-day construction activities and coordinating with site teams.
- Strong communication skills for interaction with project stakeholders, contractors, and internal engineering teams.
- Knowledge of quality control processes, with the ability to inspect work, identify issues, and ensure adherence to standards and safety regulations.
- Solid understanding of structural engineering principles, especially related to steel structures, PEB systems, roofing, and cladding.
- Educational background as a Civil Engineer or in a related engineering discipline, with relevant experience in construction or infrastructure projects.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical documents; familiarity with construction codes and best practices.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced site environment.
- Experience with basic project management, site reporting, and use of standard engineering and office software tools.
