Key Responsibilities

- Oversee and manage all on-site activities related to solar power plant installation, testing, and commissioning
- Monitor daily progress of work against the project plan and report status to the reporting manager on a daily basis, including photographs of work completed
- Identify and resolve on-site bottlenecks — material shortages, labour issues, technical snags — quickly and independently
- Maintain daily progress reports, site logs, and documentation (material inward/outward, attendance, work completion records, photographic evidence)
- Ensure adherence to safety norms and maintain a safe working workplace at the site
- Manage and motivate on-site teams to ensure productivity and timely completion of milestones
- Escalate risks, delays,



or deviations to management proactively, with clear reasoning and suggested solutions

Requirements

- ITI / Diplomo / 12th or PUC graduates
- Basics in English and fluent in Kannada (spoken and written)
- Strong people management skills — ability to lead, coordinate, and get work done through site labour and contractors
- Comfortable with daily reporting and documentation, including photo-based updates (smartphone + MS Excel/Word)
- Strong problem-solving ability and ownership mindset — someone who drives outcomes rather than waits for instructions
