Job SummaryWe are looking for an experienced Site Supervisor – Interior Works to supervise and coordinate day-to-day office interior fit-out activities at project sites. The candidate will be responsible for manpower coordination, quality control, material management, site coordination, and ensuring work is completed safely and as per approved drawings and project schedules.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily execution of office interior and fit-out works at site.
- Coordinate and manage carpenters, electricians, painters, gypsum workers, flooring workers, plumbers and other subcontractors.
- Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, BOQ, specifications and site instructions.
- Monitor activities such as:
- Gypsum partition and false ceiling
- Civil and masonry works
- Flooring and skirting
- Painting and polishing
- Carpentry and modular furniture installation
- Glass partitions and doors
- Electrical and lighting works
- Plumbing and sanitary works
- HVAC coordination
- Waterproofing and related civil works
- Check workmanship and ensure proper finishing and quality standards.
- Coordinate with the client, architect, consultants, building/facility management and other vendors.
- Plan daily manpower and allocate work according to the project schedule.
- Monitor material requirements, deliveries, storage and consumption at site.
- Identify site issues,



drawing discrepancies and execution problems and report them to the Project Engineer/Project Manager.
- Take site measurements and maintain basic site records.
- Ensure proper housekeeping and maintain a safe and organized work area.
- Coordinate with other agencies to avoid clashes between civil, interior, electrical, HVAC and other services.
- Monitor work progress and provide regular updates to the Project Manager.
- Ensure rectification of snags and completion of finishing works before handover.
- Maintain daily progress reports, manpower reports, material records and site photographs.
- Ensure workers follow site safety rules, PPE requirements and building regulations.

Required Skills & Experience
- 2–5 years of experience in office interior, commercial fit-out or construction site supervision.
- Good knowledge of interior finishing and fit-out activities.
- Ability to read and understand architectural, interior and MEP drawings.
- Good manpower and subcontractor coordination skills.
- Ability to take measurements and understand BOQ items.
- Valuable communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under project deadlines and coordinate multiple activities simultaneously.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, WhatsApp and email for site reporting.

Preferred CandidateCandidates with experience in corporate office interiors, commercial fit-outs, turnkey projects or MEP coordination will be preferred. Employment Type: Full-time
