Role Description The Site Engineer PEB role is a full-time, in office position based in Mengio. The role involves supervising PEB erection and construction activities, ensuring work is executed according to approved drawings, technical specifications, and safety standards.

The Site

Engineer will coordinate with project managers, contractors, and the engineering team to plan and allocate resources, manage daily site operations, and monitor progress against schedules.

Responsibilities include conducting site inspections, resolving technical issues, maintaining quality control, and preparing daily reports, measurements, and documentation.



The role also requires adherence to health, safety, and environmental guidelines, while supporting continuous improvement in construction practices and project delivery.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge of Pre-Engineered Buildings, steel structures, and civil construction methods, including understanding of erection sequences and connections.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, layout plans, and technical specifications, with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience in site supervision, contractor coordination, resource planning, and daily work scheduling for industrial or commercial projects.
- Familiarity with quality assurance and quality control processes, inspection practices, and documentation of site activities and measurements.
- Awareness of safety standards and regulations, with the ability to implement safe work practices and support OHSAS-based procedures on site.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams, clients, and vendors.
- Ability to work in on-site project environments, manage multiple tasks, and solve practical technical problems in real time.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field; prior experience in PEB projects is highly beneficial.
- Basic computer skills, including use of MS Office; exposure to structural or CAD software is an added advantage.
