Site Engineer – Key ResponsibilitiesSupervise and coordinate daily site activities. Ensure work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and project requirements. Plan manpower, materials, tools, and equipment required for daily activities.

Monitor work progress and ensure completion as per project schedule. Coordinate with project managers, supervisors, subcontractors, vendors, and clients. Check material quality and quantity before use at site.

Maintain daily progress reports and site records. Ensure proper utilization of manpower and equipment. Monitor productivity and minimize material wastage. Conduct site measurements and verify completed quantities.

Ensure all work complies with quality standards and inspection requirements. Coordinate inspections with client/consultant and close observations or punch points.



Ensure workers follow safety procedures and use required PPE.

Conduct toolbox talks and report unsafe conditions immediately. Monitor housekeeping and maintain a protected working area. Identify technical/site issues and coordinate for timely resolution. Maintain records of drawings, permits, checklists, inspection reports, and approvals.

Coordinate material requests and follow up with procurement/store teams. Verify subcontractor work and report completed quantities for billing. Report delays, shortages, risks, and site requirements to management.

Attend site meetings and provide progress updates. Ensure completion, testing, documentation, and handover of assigned works.
