Role Description The Civil Site Engineer will oversee day-to-day site activities, including supervision of construction works, coordination with contractors, and verification of plans and drawings against on-ground execution.

Responsibilities include monitoring project progress, ensuring adherence to quality standards, safety norms, and timelines, and maintaining accurate site records and reports. The role will involve regular coordination with project managers, architects, and consultants to address technical issues, optimize resource usage,



and support smooth project delivery.

The Civil Site

Engineer will also participate in site inspections, material checks, and compliance with relevant codes and regulations. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur.

Qualifications

- Solid civil engineering fundamentals, including knowledge of structural design basics, construction techniques, and infrastructure development.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting engineering drawings, site plans, and technical specifications.
- Experience with site supervision, quality control, and safety management for civil construction projects.
- Ability to use relevant tools and software such as AutoCAD, MS Office, and basic project tracking systems.
- Effective communication and coordination skills for working with contractors, vendors, and internal project teams.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in identifying and resolving site-level issues.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or land development projects in India is an advantage.
- Willingness to work on-site in Nagpur and travel to project locations as required.
