Role Description The Site Engineer (Civil) will oversee daily in office activities and ensure that waterproofing and civil works are executed according to design specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations. This full-time, on-site role is based in Kottakkal and involves coordinating with contractors, supervisors, and other stakeholders to ensure timely progress and adherence to project plans.

Responsibilities include monitoring construction and application processes, verifying materials and workmanship, conducting inspections and quality checks,



and documenting site reports and measurements.

The Site

Engineer will support structural and waterproofing solutions implementation, address technical issues, and provide clear communication to project management. The role also involves assisting with planning, resource allocation, and continuous improvement of site practices.

Qualifications

- Civil engineering background with practical on-site experience, preferably as a Site Engineer or similar role.
- Strong understanding of structural engineering principles and civil construction practices.
- Ability to manage on-site operations and coordinate with civil engineers, contractors, and technicians.
- Effective communication skills for interacting with project teams, clients, and vendors.
- Experience in quality control, including inspections, material checks, and compliance with standards and safety norms.
- Knowledge of waterproofing systems, building materials, and construction methodologies is an advantage.
- Proficiency in reading drawings, specifications, and basic use of site-related tools and software.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
- Ability to work full time on site in Kottakkal and adapt to dynamic project requirements.
