Role Description The Site Civil Engineer will oversee day-to-day civil works on construction sites in and around Madurai, ensuring that designs are implemented safely, accurately, and in line with project specifications.

Responsibilities include supervising site activities, coordinating with contractors and vendors, monitoring material usage and quality, and supporting planning and scheduling of work. The role involves reviewing drawings, resolving site-level technical issues, and ensuring compliance with relevant standards and local regulations. The position is full time and hybrid,



with primary duties performed on-site in Madurai and some tasks—such as documentation, reporting, and coordination—conducted from home as needed.

Qualifications

- Ability to apply Civil Engineering Design and general Civil Engineering principles to site execution and problem-solving.
- Experience working as part of a team of Civil Engineers, with solid collaboration and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in Planning and scheduling site activities, including resource allocation and timeline tracking.
- Knowledge of Stormwater Management and related infrastructure to ensure proper drainage and site functionality.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Civil Engineering or a closely related discipline.
- Familiarity with construction materials (e.g., bricks, sand, concrete) and quality control procedures.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
- Strong attention to detail, safety awareness, and willingness to work primarily on-site in Madurai in a hybrid arrangement.
