In this role, you will apply your expertise to develop, review, and optimize machining strategies, toolpaths, and CNC programs, ensuring technically accurate and production-ready solutions

What You'll
Do Create and review data grounded in real CAM and CNC milling practice, toolpaths, process plans, tooling and fixturing decision
s. Evaluate AI-generated machining solutions (toolpaths, strategies, DFM feedback) and flag failure modes: collisions, gouges, poor engagement, unrealistic cycle time
s. Break complex machining and process-planning tasks into structured workflows the model can learn from and be measured agains

Have B. E./B. Tech in Mechanical Engineering (or related) from a Tier 1/Tier 2 instit
ute.5+ years of hands-on CAM programming with deep CNC milling mastery, across materials (aluminium, steel , titanium, composites), machine types (3-axis through5-axis machining centres), and both prototype and volume environme
nts. Command of a leading CAM package (Mastercam, NX CAM, Fusion360, Power Mill, or Espr
it). Robust grasp of machining processes, cutting tools, GD&T;, and metrology; fluent reading of complex drawi
ngs.
