Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Execution & Coordination
- Assist in the end-to-end execution of nano and micro influencer campaigns
- Coordinate with creators for onboarding, briefs, timelines, and content submissions
- Track campaign deliverables, including reels, posts, stories, and UGC assets
- Ensure creators adhere to brand guidelines and ASCI disclosure norms
- Creator Management
- Communicate with creators via WhatsApp, email, and calls
- Maintain creator databases and campaign trackers using Google Sheets/Excel
- Address creator queries related to briefs, posting schedules, and payments
- Follow up with creators for timely content submissions and live post links
- Quality Control & Compliance
- Review content for brand alignment, captions, hashtags, and disclosures
- Identify and flag issues such as delays, non-compliance, or incorrect postings
- Coordinate with creators for revisions when required
- Reporting & Documentation
- Update daily campaign status and progress trackers
- Collect post links, reach, engagement, and basic performance metrics




- Assist in preparing campaign reports and summary decks for internal teams and clients
- Internal Coordination
- Work closely with senior campaign managers, copy team, and accounts team
- Support smooth handovers across planning, execution, and reporting stages
