Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Import & Export Executive with 5 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably in FMCG. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end import and export operations for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, etc, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations and seamless coordination with production, procurement, and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end import and export activities for raw materials, packaging materials, finished goods, etc. Also take care of local logistics as well.
Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, Customs House Agents (CHA), shipping lines, and transporters to ensure timely movement of goods.




Prepare, review, and maintain import/export documentation, including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Bill of Lading, Air Waybill, Certificate of Origin, Insurance Certificate, and other statutory documents.
Ensure compliance with DGFT, Customs, FEMA, GST, and other applicable import/export regulations.
Monitor shipment schedules to support uninterrupted production and customer deliveries.
Coordinate with the procurement, planning, warehouse, production, quality, and finance teams for smooth execution of import/export activities.
Track shipments, customs clearance, and delivery timelines, resolving any delays proactively.
Maintain records related to import/export transactions, duty payments, licenses, and compliance documentation.
Support audits and ensure accurate documentation for statutory and internal compliance.
Optimize logistics costs while maintaining service quality.
