Role Description The Shift Manager role is a full time, on-site position based in Mumbai.

The Shift

Manager is responsible for overseeing daily store operations during assigned shifts, including managing staff schedules, delegating tasks, and ensuring smooth service. This role monitors food preparation and safety standards, maintains cleanliness and hygiene,



and supports inventory control and cash handling processes.

The Shift

Manager coordinates with team members to deliver timely and accurate orders, resolve customer concerns, and uphold brand service standards. The role also involves training and coaching team members, tracking performance metrics, and supporting management in achieving sales, quality, and operational targets.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong leadership, team management, and people coordination skills.
- Candidates should possess customer service, conflict resolution, and communication skills.
- Candidates should possess basic operations management, time management, and organizational skills.
- Candidates should possess basic numerical ability and familiarity with cash handling and point-of-sale systems.
- Prior experience in retail, QSR, hospitality, or food service operations is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required by shift schedules.
- Minimum educational qualification: high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or business is an advantage.
