Job Profile: ServiceNow Test Manager (ATF)Location: Hyderabad /Bengaluru/Chennai

Preferred experience: 7+ years The Role:

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Test Manager (ATF) with software testing experience and significant hands-on experience in ServiceNow testing. The candidate will lead manual and automated testing initiatives, drive quality assurance across ServiceNow implementations, and manage testing teams and stakeholders..

Responsibilities:

· Lead end-to-end testing activities for ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.

· Drive ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF) automation and ensure effective test coverage.





· Lead manual testing teams and establish effective QA processes, standards, and test strategies.

· Manage testing across ITSM, CSM, Custom Applications/App Engine, and Integrations.

· Plan and manage test execution, defect tracking, resolution, and reporting.

· Collaborate with business, development, and project teams in an Agile delivery environment.

· Mentor testing teams and drive continuous improvement in testing and automation practices.

· Manage stakeholder communication, testing schedules, risks, dependencies, and deliverables.

· Actively contribute to platform modernization, cloud migration, and infrastructure improvement initiatives.

· Troubleshoot infrastructure, deployment, application, and production issues and drive them to resolution.

· Participate in production support, on-call rotations, incident management, and root-cause analysis.

Must - Have Qualifications:

- 7+ years of software testing experience with significant ServiceNow testing exposure.
- Prior hands-on manual testing experience is mandatory.
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
- Experience testing ITSM, CSM, Custom Applications/App Engine, and Integrations.
- Experience leading manual testing teams and driving automation initiatives.
- Strong understanding of QA processes, Agile delivery, and defect management.
- Strong stakeholder management, project planning, mentoring, and communication skills.
- Fluent spoken and written English.
